In order to determine which Florida cities and towns are the best (and worst), we analyze a few categories including their economy, cost of living, crime and safety, health, education, affordability, and quality of life. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location.

My biggest suggestion is to visit these places first to decide where you want to move to and live.

And if you thought Florida was just a place for vacation or retirees, you couldn’t be more wrong! Tons of young professionals and families are moving here due to the cheap cost, great schools, growing job market, and warm weather and beautiful beaches, making it one of the fastest growing states!

Big Cities (Metropolitan population OVER 3 million residents)
Medium Size Cities (Metro population between 1.5 to 3 million)
Small Cities (Metro population UNDER 1.5 million)

We then analyze a few categories, including their economy, crime and safety, cost of living, schools, health, traffic, things to do, and quality of life. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the worst places to live. There will be a new video for EACH city size group, so be on the lookout!

These days most states are gaining in population, some are staying the same and a handful are losing residents. That is what today’s video is all about. The Top 10 States losing residents.
