What’s it like living in Miami? Well first off, there’s perfect weather for half the year but the other half is hot and humid with hurricane season and lots of rain during the Summer. It’s actually one of the largest cities in the USA and one of the best cities for young professionals, which is probably why it’s growing incredibly fast! It’s also, along with Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Jacksonville and Miami Beach Suburbs, one of the 10 best places to live in Florida AND all of America. If Florida has a high quality of life with the most beautiful beaches and sunsets on earth, why shouldn’t you live in Miami, Florida?

Top 10 WORST Big Cities to Live in America for 2020

The Top 10 WORST Cities to live in America for 2020. None of these places are in the best states, so there are no reasons to move to them! But a few are near the best small towns in the USA.

In order to determine which US city is the worst (or best), I first separated them into different groups based on their size:

Big Cities (Metropolitan population OVER 3 million residents)
Medium Size Cities (Metro population between 1.5 to 3 million)
Small Cities (Metro population UNDER 1.5 million)

We then analyze a few categories, including their economy, crime and safety, cost of living, schools, health, traffic, things to do, and quality of life. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the worst places to live. There will be a new video for EACH city size group, so be on the lookout!
My biggest suggestion is to visit these cities and states first to decide where you want to move to and live.

Top 10 best small towns to live in the United States of America for 2020. This list has cities in the best states to move to, but some are very secluded or creepy too.

Small Cities (Metro population between 500K to 1.5 million)
VERY Small City / Big Towns (Metro Population UNDER 500,000)

I’d then analyze their cost of living, crime and safety, schools, economy, health, traffic, things to do, quality of life, and a few other categories, including a town’s overall charm and vibe. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the best places to live. What’s it like living in Canada? Well, for starters, it’s cold, but it’s also one of the Top 10 BEST countries to live in the World! As the 2nd largest country, there is so much beautiful nature from Banff and Jasper National Park to Vancouver Island to Niagara Falls, as well as some amazing cities and provinces like Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Ottawa and Toronto, Ontario, and Quebec City!
Now while there are many similarities to the United States of America, there are also a few differences, so hopefully this list helps new immigrants! What’s it like living in Salt Lake City? Well, the air quality here is awful with Winter inversions and the elevation is higher than most cities at 4,300 feet above sea level. It’s located right next to the gorgeous Wasatch range of the Rocky Mountains, and if you like to ski, the world famous Park City is only 40 minutes away! The weather is almost never too cold but there is a lot of snow and it’s also very hot and dry in the Summer. SLC is the largest city in Utah, and along with Ogden, Provo, Orem, St George, and other secluded mountain towns, one of the best cities to live in America, especially if you’re Mormon! A lot of people are moving from California and the natural population is increasing dramatically too, making the metropolitan area one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. If the Beehive State is an underrated & beautiful state, why shouldn’t you live in Salt Lake City, UT?

Ever since I did the worst places to retire I have been asked over and over to do the best places to retire in the United States. Some people consider the nicest place as the best places that’s normally because they have a good amount of money saved up, the rest of us consider the least expensive place as the best. So, we’ll do 2 videos. The first one will be the cheapest city to retire. It will be the cheapest yet decent place to live. I’m not telling anyone to move to Skid Row in LA or Hunts Point in NY. They would be extremely cheap but incredibly dangerous. That would be wrong and I would be filled with guilt thinking someone took my advice or information and moved to some of the nastiest places in the US. Relatively safe and budget-friendly is what we are looking for. Some cities will give you free college courses and breaks on the purchase of a home. So no student loans and a high mortgage at 65.
