West Virginia
US State
West Virginia is an eastern U.S. state in the tree-covered Appalachian Mountains. The town of Harpers Ferry, where the Shenandoah River meets the Potomac River, is the site of a famous Civil War–era raid. Surrounded by a national historical park, the town looks as it did in the 19th century, with many of the buildings open to the public as living-history museums. ― Google
Charleston
City in West Virginia
Charleston, at the confluence of the Elk and Kanawha rivers, is West Virginia’s capital city. A riverside complex includes the gold-domed State Capitol, the Governor’s Mansion and the West Virginia State Museum and theater. The Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences has art and discovery museums, a planetarium and a concert hall. Downtown’s Capitol Market houses food vendors and eateries in a former freight station. ― Google
The Top 10 CHEAPEST States to live in America for 2020. These places aren’t any of the best states in the USA, and some have the worst towns and cities, but a few are actually decent!
► Worst States to live in for 2020 – https://youtu.be/eJbt-0DTVYc
► Best States for 2020 – https://youtu.be/SHAnaikcmjk
In order to determine which US states are the cheapest (and most expensive), we analyze a few categories around living expenses to come up with an affordable cost of living index. These include housing costs, gas prices, groceries, utilities, health insurance and child care, among other things. This list is just based on how CHEAP a place is. It doesn’t include their economy, crime and safety, health, education, or overall quality of life. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location.
My biggest suggestion is to visit these states first to decide where you want to move to and live.

Top 10 States Losing Population. part 2 (You’ll be surprised)
Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8wSUOzaeZw
Welcomes back to the world according to Briggs. Let’s finish up the States with a decreasing population video.
The first half showed us that New Jersey, Vermont, Mississippi, Connecticut, and the Sportsman’s paradise Louisiana have been experiencing an outward migration for more than a couple years each.
All of the states are only losing a small fraction of their population but, they are losing where most states are staying even and others are growing.
And that is according to the US census.
There are many reasons a state would have a declining population.
Residents have been leaving their home states in search of new opportunities, lower taxes, a better real estate market, a better environment, and the list goes on.
I hope you enjoyed today’s video. If there is a state, city or town you’d like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.
If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. These videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. We look at the best and worst cities, states, towns, and neighborhoods in the United States. But, most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you only want some happy positive information about a city, town or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine and rainbows. They won’t tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you’ll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.

What is going on everyone? Welcome back. Are you gonna be traveling this summer? Normally in non-pandemic days, half would say yes and the other half would say “I can’t afford it, I have to work. Leave me alone while I eat this sad little salad out of a vending machine”. That is how I was for many years. In my 20s if someone asked me if I would be doing any traveling this summer I would answer, Yes. To the grocery store if I can afford it.
These days we are all a little limited in our travels. Because of the pandemic. I think when we get out of this and life somewhat returns to normal, a lot of our tourism will remain in the states. I am sure a good portion of travelers will stay stateside. I think it is a good thing. The United States has a lot to see. Amazing cities, adorable small towns, National parks, Taco Trucks, and roadside attractions.
In some states like Hawaii tourism is a big chunk of their economy. The other States, not so much.
Today’s video is about those states, the ones that don’t get many visitors and not many tourism dollars.
Some states see around 50 million visitors a year on average and as you are about to see, some are nowhere near that.
I will do this video again for the next few years to see how things are post-COVID 19.
Ok, Let see part one of the top 10 least visited states.
I hope you enjoyed today’s video. If there is a state, city or town you’d like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.
