Top 10 best small towns to live in the United States of America for 2020. This list has cities in the best states to move to, but some are very secluded or creepy too.
► Best VERY SMALL City to live in – https://youtu.be/MaW6fNv6CMA
► Best BIG Cities – https://youtu.be/RPTYs0R_omA
► Best MEDIUM Cities – https://youtu.be/dwmd7N9Faqw
► Best SMALL Cities – https://youtu.be/aak_13h_aoM
In order to determine which US city or town is the best (or worst), we first separated them into different groups based on their size:
Small Towns (Population between 10,000 to 50,000 residents)
Big Cities (Metropolitan population OVER 3 million residents)
Medium Cities (Metro population between 1.5 to 3 million)
Small Cities (Metro population between 500K to 1.5 million)
VERY Small City / Big Towns (Metro Population UNDER 500,000)
I’d then analyze their cost of living, crime and safety, schools, economy, health, traffic, things to do, quality of life, and a few other categories, including a town’s overall charm and vibe. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the best places to live. There will be a new video for EACH city size group, and maybe a worst places to live list too!
My biggest suggestion is to visit these towns and states first to decide where you want to move to and live.

What is going on everyone? Welcome back. Are you gonna be traveling this summer? Normally in non-pandemic days, half would say yes and the other half would say “I can’t afford it, I have to work. Leave me alone while I eat this sad little salad out of a vending machine”. That is how I was for many years. In my 20s if someone asked me if I would be doing any traveling this summer I would answer, Yes. To the grocery store if I can afford it.
These days we are all a little limited in our travels. Because of the pandemic. I think when we get out of this and life somewhat returns to normal, a lot of our tourism will remain in the states. I am sure a good portion of travelers will stay stateside. I think it is a good thing. The United States has a lot to see. Amazing cities, adorable small towns, National parks, Taco Trucks, and roadside attractions.
In some states like Hawaii tourism is a big chunk of their economy. The other States, not so much.
Today’s video is about those states, the ones that don’t get many visitors and not many tourism dollars.
Some states see around 50 million visitors a year on average and as you are about to see, some are nowhere near that.
I will do this video again for the next few years to see how things are post-COVID 19.
Ok, Let see part one of the top 10 least visited states.
I hope you enjoyed today’s video. If there is a state, city or town you’d like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.
If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. These videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. We look at the best and worst cities, states, towns, and neighborhoods in the United States. But, most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you only want some happy positive information about a city, town or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine and rainbows. They won’t tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you’ll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.

Top 10 Cheapest Cities to Retire in The US
.
Ever since I did the worst places to retire I have been asked over and over to do the best places to retire in the United States. Some people consider the nicest place as the best places that’s normally because they have a good amount of money saved up, the rest of us consider the least expensive place as the best. So, we’ll do 2 videos. The first one will be the cheapest city to retire. It will be the cheapest yet decent place to live. I’m not telling anyone to move to Skid Row in LA or Hunts Point in NY. They would be extremely cheap but incredibly dangerous. That would be wrong and I would be filled with guilt thinking someone took my advice or information and moved to some of the nastiest places in the US. Relatively safe and budget-friendly is what we are looking for. Some cities will give you free college courses and breaks on the purchase of a home. So no student loans and a high mortgage at 65.
Thanks for checking out the channel. I hope you enjoyed today’s video. If there is a state, city or town you’d like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.
