Dalhousie is a high-altitude town spread across 5 hills near the Dhauladhar mountain range in the north Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. 1. Khajjiar :
Khajjiar is a hill station in the north Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Dating from the 12th century, Khajji Nag Temple is dedicated to a serpent god. Nearby, the high-altitude Khajjiar Lake is surrounded by cedar forest. West, Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is home to animals including deer and bears.

2. Dainkund Peak :
Dainkund Peak is the highest peak in the Dalhousie region and is a famous tourist spot where people come to experience the beautiful views and sense of calmness that this location has to offer with such a serene setting. 3. Panchpula :
Panchpula is located at a distance of around 3 km from Dalhousie. One of the famous picturesque spots in the region, the word Panchpula means five bridges. It is the place where a descending stream pours into and feeds several pools. The main stream that supplies water to cities of Dalhousie and Balloon is the Panchpula stream.

4. Kalatop Wildlife Reserve :
The Kalatop Wild Life Sanctuary is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Himachal Pradesh.It is expanded over an area of 1962 hectares the sanctuary is Kalatop Wild Life Sanctuary Dalhousie irrigated by the River which is known as Ravi.You can also see the beautiful or attractive hills,associated with snow-capped mountains,the valleys,the villages,the rich greenery and the hardness of the neighborhood from the place.

5. Satdhara Falls :
Satdhara means seven springs. The Satdhara Falls gets its name from being the waterfall that brings together the waters of the seven beautiful springs. This stunning place is situated in the Chamba valley, surrounded by fantastic views of snow-covered ranges, and fresh, green pine and deodar trees. The waters in these springs meet at a point 2036 meters above the sea and dive magnanimously in unison.

6. Chamera Lake :
Dalhousie has a collection of some of the most beautiful and rich natural splendors and the Chamera Lake, in the Chamba district, is one of such attraction, which almost every tourists love to visit in Dalhousie. Located at a distance of 25 km from Dalhousie, the exquisite Chamera Lake is actually a reservoir formed by the Chamera Dam, which is positioned at an altitude of 1700 meters.

7. Subhash Baoli :
Subhash Baoli is located at a distance of 1 Km from Dalhousie is the picturesque view of Subhash Baoli.The place has been known by the name Subhash Chandra Bose,the famous freedom fighter had Spent many time in this zone in 1937. Subhash Baoli is a charismatic spot amongst huge towering pine trees.

8. Ganji Pahari :
Ganji Pahari is a famous walk in Dalhousie. It is situated in Bakrota hills that is 5 km far from the Dalhousie city. The literal translation of the word is “bald hill” and is known so because there are no trees at the peak of the hill and it looks like it’s got a bald-headed patch at the top. The peak is pleasant and grateful 1 hour walk from the town center.

9. St. Francis Church :
The St. Francis Church is situated at a distance of a kilometre away from the main town of Dalhousie at Subhash Chowk. This is a catholic church and it is controlled by the Catholic diocese of Jalandhar. This means this church is maintained by and also its proceedings are managed by the diocese of Jalandhar. Like most of the churches of imperial British rule, this too has been replicated from a church in England.

10. Garam Sadak :
Garam Sadak is a very good place, is considered to be one of the best spots for walks in the arms of the nature of Dalhousie. This road is one of the criss-cross roads, which attain up to Gandhi chowk and Subhash Chowk. The road has derived its name from its warm and snug temperature. This place receives direct sunlight which is suitable for the walkers who passes from this path and they feel happy and comfortable.
